WILL I PAY HIGHER RENT FOR USING YOUR SERVICE?
Absolutely not. You will receive the same move-in specials and rental rates whether you use my service or deal directly with the properties.

WHAT'S THE BENEFIT OF USING YOUR SERVICE?
There are over 2,500 apartment communities in the greater Houston area. No need for you to make countless phone calls and read every ad on the planet. I will save you time, money and hassles by matching what you want with current availability and specials.

HOW CAN YOU OFFER YOUR SERVICE AT ABSOLUTELY NO COST TO ME?
The apartment communities' budgets include allocations to pay locators expenses. My commissions are paid from that budget and is less expensive to them than having a vacant unit. When you lease your apartment, please remember to "list" Tammy Parsons with FINDIT as your referral.

WHICH APARTMENTS DO YOU WORK WITH?
I work with about 99% of the apartments in the greater Houston area.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SECURITY DEPOSITS ON APARTMENTS?
They usually range from $100.00 - $500.00. However, some apartments run specials with no deposit. There will also be an application fee which usually ranges from $25.00 - $40.00.

WHAT TERM OF LEASES DO THE APARTMENTS OFFER?
The average lease term is 6 or 12 months. Some apartments offer 3 month leases but there is an additional monthly charge. If you are needing a month to month lease, I have fully furnished corporate apartments.

CAN I HAVE A DOG OR CAT IN MY APARTMENT?
Most apartments will allow a pet but have a limit on how many pets they will allow in the apartment. Most apartments only allow a pet up to 20 pounds. If your pet is larger, let me know and I will give you only those apartments that will allow a large pet. You will have to pay a pet deposit and part of the deposit is usually non-refundable.
